Facilities Assistant - Part Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY: Primary job duties include assistingFacilities with maintenance, woodworking projects, and carpet scrubbing.Other duties will be assigned based on the greatest need of any givenday. This includes Lambeau Field, Titletown and other Green Bay Packersproperties. Typical schedule will average approximately 24 hours perweek and will include some home games and large stadium events.Flexibility to work nights and weekends for those events is required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist facilities department with repairs of thefacility and various projects. Assist with woodworking projects. Assistwith beer line cleaning. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissorslifts, pressure washers, and power tools as needed. Assist withpreventative maintenance tasks. Keep the shop always lookingprofessional per the direction of the supervisor. Maintain inventory ofshop supplies and pick up parts as needed. Monitor all tools that arechecked out and ensure proper return. Check and maintain all tools,ladders, and extension cords. Assist with snow removal. Assist with gameday preparations. Work all home game and event days as needed. Assistwith various projects as directed by the electrical, HVAC, and plumbingstaff as needed. Assist with scrubbing concourses and carpet scrubbing.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required. Schooling or jobexperience in many aspects of maintenance required. Must have workingknowledge of power tools and equipment. Must possess or be willing toobtain forklift and aerial lift license on site. Valid Wisconsindrivers' license required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Ability to meet physical demands including walking, bending, utilizingladders, and lifting 50 pounds. Must be organized and hardworking. Mustbe a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a teammember. Operates in a professional environment. SUPERVISES: Thisposition has no supervisory responsibilities.
