JOB REQUIREMENTS: MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN III Preferred:Successfulcompletion of Technician II Level, depending upon positionavailabilityand application/interview process ispreferred. Proficient ineach level of assigned area. Understand, communicate, andpromoteachievementofdepartment metrics. Has ability to become proficient introubleshooting of all machines in assigned area. Has the ability toperform minor preventative maintenance on assigned machine(s). Abilityto train and develop team members. Promotes safety and qualityinitiatives with area team members. Demonstrate complete confidentialityon sensitive subjects or information. Observe, recognize, and act uponcontinuous improvement opportunities as an individual, with teams and/orSupervisors Interact and follow up with team on room/line visualmanagement board. Effectively communicate area specific information andupdates to area team members. Builds rapport with team members andnetworks with other departments for support. Develop an internal supportnetwork across business units. Actively and appropriately communicatewith personnel within the support network. Effective presentation skillsin small team settings with limited larger team discussions Provideinput for area team member proficiency reviews.Demonstratesproficiencyoncomputer programs related to personal and teamjob functions (i.e.SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) Recognizesopportunitiesto improve processes to become more efficient. This opening is in theDispensing Department- 1st shift 6am-2pm Monday - Friday at ourChallenger location.
