Seasonal Youth Program Assistant

You'll support various program areas, assistwith meal service, manage group activities, and help with the generalupkeep of our Clubhouse. Whether you're leading a group of 10-15members or jumping in to cover staff breaks, you'll make a big impacton the lives of young people every day. What You'll Do: - Set andmaintain high expectations to inspire and motivate kids. - Lead groupenrichment activities, keeping things fun and productive. - Assist withmeal prep, service, and clean-up. - Provide targeted academic supportand homework help. - Ensure every child is supervised and engaged. -Keep accurate attendance records and communicate with leadership aboutindividual needs. - Foster a positive, supportive environment whereteamwork thrives. - Participate in club-wide events and field trips asneeded. - Maintain a clean and organized Clubhouse that promotes safetyand learning. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What YouBring: - A positive, energetic individual with a passion for workingwith children. - Strong communication skills and the ability tomultitask. - Leadership skills and the ability to motivate kids usingpositive reinforcement. - Flexibility to adapt to different activitiesand needs. - A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
