Position Summary CVS Health is focused on helping people live healthier lives. This role helps shape how CVS Pharmacy works with health plans to improve medication adherence. The Manager, Health Plan Adherence Solutions (Strategy and Innovation) plays a key role in deciding where CVS should invest time and resources to improve adherence outcomes over the short and long term. This role blends strategy, analysis, and execution . You will identify new ideas, assess opportunities, build business cases, and support decisions that guide future investment. You will lead workstreams, partner with internal teams, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities + Set and influence strategy for health plan medication adherence solutions + Identify and evaluate new ideas to improve medication adherence + Assess and size new opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights + Build business cases and recommendations to support investment decisions + Lead individual workstreams and manage projects from idea through execution + Partner with crossu2011functional teams to align priorities and drive results + Support development of multiu2011year strategic roadmaps + Prepare clear insights, presentations, and updates for senior leadership + Track progress and communicate outcomes, risks, and learnings + Travel occasionally based on business needs Required Qualifications + 3 or more years of professional experience in a retail, corporate, or similar environment + 3 or more years of experience leading or influencing crossu2011functional projects + Experience influencing decisions without direct authority + Experience evaluating contracts or business agreements and providing recommendations + Experience building business cases and making assumptions with limited data + Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet staggered deadlines + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong attention to detail and followu2011through + Ability to work independently with minimal direction + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Experience using data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar Preferred Qualifications + 6 or more years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or corporate roles + Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams + Knowledge of health services or retail pharmacy operations + Experience designing or improving medication adherence programs + Experience creating playbooks, roadmaps, or risk mitigation strategies + Experience with change management approaches + Experience conducting market research or exploratory analysis + Experience developing standardized measurement and reporting + Strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills + Advanced degree such as MBA or MPH Education + Bacheloru2019s degree required or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
