The Scientist III is a key member of the team supporting the departmentu2019s mission to assure the health and viability of animal agriculture through teaching, discovery, research, and service and in particular supporting the team of investigators focused on Equine Virology.This position plays a vital role in planning, coordinating, and conducting scientific research. This person will also manage the day-to-day operations of the lab, coordinate the lab management and maintenance tasks, and participate in grant writing.As a key member of Veterinary Science, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to agricultural innovation while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
