Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Manawa, WI Pay Range: $27.36 Shift: 1st and 2nd shift - PipelinePSD: Must interview. 2nd Shift: Mon. - Fri., 1:45pm - 10:00pm What's the Job? Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes Perform quality checks and document results accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report problems promptly Follow detailed instructions and adhere to production schedules What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to pass a urine drug test (5 Panel) and background check Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Availability to work the specified shifts and days What's in it for me?
