Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects, drive cultural change, and deliver measurable results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab, R, or Python for data analysis. Experience integrating Continuous Improvement principles with Industry 4.0 or automation initiatives. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci). Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
