You will play a key role in helping children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills through structured intervention and positive reinforcement.Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBAProvide 1:1 therapy in home and community environmentsCollect and accurately record behavioral data during sessionsCommunicate client progress and observations with clinical team membersComplete timely session documentationBuild positive and professional relationships with clients and familiesFollow ethical and professional ABA standardsQualifications:Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferredStrong communication, patience, and interpersonal skillsDependable, organized, and able to work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSchedule:Flexible part-time and full-time positions availableAfternoon and after-school availability (Monday-Friday)Occasional weekend availability based on client needs15-25+ hours per week depending on availability and caseloadCompensation:$23-$29 per hourPaid training and ongoing professional developmentHireCare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.
