About this Job: Unit HighlightsThis RN position is for Full Time Days on the Neuro Telemetry unit at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center.Unit HighlightsNeurological-Telemetry/ Medical-Surgical Unit48-Bed all private roomsincluding20 telemetry bedsTypes of neurological patients: stroke, seizure, brain mass, neuro-surg and demyelinating diseasesTypes of med- surgpatientsfocus is respiratory but service the general med-surg populationStraight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend scheduleKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
