Why join Sanimax?Pay starts at $21.38Stable schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMFull benefits to include Health, Dental, Vison, Short/Long Term Disability and a matching 401K up to 5%3% Quarterly BonusOpportunity for advancementStable and growing company that has been in business for 85+ yearsAs a Plant Operator you will be responsible for:Various plant production functions which will include loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventoryBacking and dumping trailers into staging areasPartnering with the supervisor or maintenance to trouble shoot and repair equipment failures.Maintain a safe and clean working environmentSeek better ways by communicating with the shift supervisor on cost saving ideas or recommendations involved in the plant operationsPerform other duties as assigned by a member of the management teamSkills and Experience:Minimum 18 years age1+ year experience working in a plant environment preferredExperience with forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment is a plusAbility to learn various tasks and computer systemStrong communication skillsCan work independently when needed, while being a team playerPhysical Requirements:Can lift 30-50 pounds comfortably on a regular basisWalking/standing consistently through the shiftClimb stairs and laddersWorking inside and outside as neededGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!Follow us on LinkedInThank you for your interest in joining our team.
