Performing System Operational Verification Tests (SOVTs) for Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems on-board U.S. naval assets and shore sitesProviding on-board technical assistance (OBTA) and distance support to afloat naval assets and shore sitesWorking on various naval platforms and within a lab environmentTesting and troubleshooting TDL systemsPerforming on-platform installation, troubleshooting, and testing of naval communication systems and equipmentPerforming system-level software testing to accurately validate operational readinessPerforming inspection and testing of installed antennas and antenna linesRepairing electronics assemblies, cables, and TDL systemsReading, understanding, and interpreting technical reports and drawingsUnderstanding of networking conceptsAssisting troubleshooting antennas as requiredProviding written and/or oral status updates on status of current tasking to TDL Leadership and Shipboard / Site LeadershipPackaging, handling, storage, and transportation of materials and equipment to and from task locationPrioritizing tasks and strong ability to meet deadlinesPerforming ad-hoc tasking within contract scope#LI-AM1TS/SCI eligible5-7 years of experience with CDLMS (UYQ-86), C2PS (UYQ-120), or LMMT (USQ-212)5-7 years of Electronics Technician experience with:LINK 16 TerminalMOS URC-141 ORJTIDS URC-109 ORMOS MOD URC-154Passport required for OCONUS travelAbility to stand or walk while lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objectsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on waterfront platforms during all seasonsPrior Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) experience as customer or Active DutyPrior NIWC PAC TDL ISEA experienceSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL25% travel (CONUS and OCONUS).
