We are committed to empowering children, supporting families, and delivering evidence-based care.BCBA ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral and functional assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools)Develop individualized, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive treatment goalsDesign behavior intervention and behavior support plans based on assessment dataImplement and oversee data collection systems to support data-driven decision makingSupervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Complete RBT competency assessments per organizational policy timelinesProvide parent training and ongoing consultationComplete reassessments and clinical reports in accordance with insurance guidelinesParticipate in regular clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaborationProvide a minimum of 28 hours per week of direct patient careDeliver services via telehealth when appropriateMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billingMaintain current CAQH profile and NPIComplete required internal training, including telehealth trainingAdhere strictly to BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance CodeRemain current on ABA research and evidence-based practicesPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipBCBA QualificationsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensureMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrumExperience supervising RBTs preferred
