Description We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across the West Coast (Southern Territory). This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is motivated to both manage an existing book of business and aggressively expand new revenue streams. You will report directly to the President and join a collaborative sales team of six, playing a key role in driving strategic growth within the supplement and nutraceutical ingredients market. eKey Responsibilities + Manage and grow an established book of business within the West Coast territory + Drive new business development through proactive prospecting (calls, texts, email outreach) + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the supplement and nutraceutical industry + Conduct face-to-face client meetings, attend trade shows, and represent the company in the field + Utilize tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Dialpad, and Microsoft Teams to manage pipeline and communication + Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales performance metrics + Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery Requirements Qualifications + Proven B2B sales experience (industry experience in nutraceuticals or food ingredients is a plus, but not required) + Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs + Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals + Comfortable with a high level of outreach activity and client engagement + Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills + Ability to travel 30%+ for client meetings and industry events + Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a growth mindset Compensation & Benefits + Base Salary: $80,000 u2013 $100,000 + On-Target Earnings: ~$120,000+ (base + commission) + Opportunity to grow within a high-impact, lean sales team TalentMatchu00ae u00adRobert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
