Description Overview: Seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst (contract) to support issuer-side fraud decisioning for a card portfolio. This role focuses on real-time monitoring, rule optimization, and data-driven fraud strategy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Review transactions and make real-time authorization decisions u2022 Build and refine fraud rules (velocity, spend patterns, MCCs) u2022 Analyze data to identify fraud trends and improve controls u2022 Balance fraud prevention with false-positive rates u2022 Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams u2022 Leverage tools like Falcon, Forter, Sardine, or similar Requirements Qualifications: u2022 Strong issuer-side fraud monitoring experience u2022 Proven ability to build and optimize fraud rules u2022 Solid understanding of card networks and authorization flows u2022 Experience with fraud platforms (Falcon, Forter, Sardine, etc.) u2022 Background in issuing bank or card program environment u2022 Comfortable in fast-paced settings (acquiring-only experience not sufficient) Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
