Systems Administrator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing system operations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end users through technical expertise. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify system improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze organizational strategies to identify technical improvements and translate them into actionable system requirements. u2022 Evaluate software options and custom solutions to determine the best fit for business needs. u2022 Oversee the design and development of systems, ensuring data integrity and operational stability. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders to create data models, dashboards, and system workflows. u2022 Lead testing efforts for new or updated systems to verify they meet specified requirements. u2022 Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for staff to maximize system efficiency. u2022 Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for system users. u2022 Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend updates to align with business goals. u2022 Document business processes, procedures, and system guidelines to maintain organized records. u2022 Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage updates, resolve issues, and implement new solutions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in system administration and managing enterprise-level systems. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools. u2022 Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. u2022 Experience in designing workflows and dashboards to improve system usability. u2022 Ability to conduct system testing and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. u2022 Skilled in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions. u2022 Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in business environments. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
