Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Travel Home Health Registered Nurse for our client in Menominee MI Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm Pay: $52 to $55/hr Location: Coverage Areas: Meonominee County in MI, eastern half of Marinete County, Northern portion of Oconto County WI u00b7 On Call/Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation required, weekend rotation preferred u00b7 Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient, $ 0.49/mile Responsibilities of the Travel Home Health Registered Nurse: + Provide RN case management for an assigned home health patient caseload + Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care + Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members + Supervise and provide clinical oversight to LPNs + Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition + Complete timely and accurate documentation in HCHB + Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications + Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage area Qualifications for the Travel Home Health Registered Nurse: + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan and Wisconsin required + Recent home health experience required + HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required + Strong case management and care coordination skills + Experience supervising LPNs preferred + Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills Why work for Adecco? + Excellent Weekly Pay discussed during screening + 401(k) Plan + Skills Training + Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
