Production Worker

Job Title: Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team in a cake production facility where you will play a vital role in the creation of delicious cakes. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers a unique opportunity to learn various tasks on the production line. Responsibilities + Mix ingredients and weigh them accurately. + Take finished cakes out of the pans. + Place cardboard cuts into bake pans and apply oil. + Fill pans with crust and cake batter, ensuring both are leveled. + Rotate through different roles on the production line. + Restock products needed for each role. Essential Skills + Ability to perform picking, hand assembly, and packaging tasks. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality. + Operate machinery and work effectively on production and assembly lines. + Skill in stacking, packing, labeling, and general production duties. Work Environment Work in a food production environment with air conditioning, where adherence to safety protocols such as wearing hair nets, lab coats, and beard guards (if applicable) is required. Masks are mandatory for all positions. Expect to work in cooler environments and stand for the entire shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
