GenAI Engineer

Job Description An AI Consulting firm is looking for an GenAI Innovation Engineer/GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer for greenfield product development. They will be building industry-specific AI solutions (Healthcare, BFSI) from scratch. The goal is to create reusable frameworks that the company can coinvest in with pilot customers. This team is building a u201cstart upu201d within the company to be the GenAI brains of the company. They are hiring the smartest, most creative, u201cout of the boxu201d thinkers, and passionate AI individuals to join their u201cincubatoru201d team. This will be an u201cincubatoru201d filled with GenAI engineers, GenAI Product Managers, etc. that will research and brainstorm the latest and greatest GenAI technologies and services so that they can recommend what Perficient should go to market with. There will be a lot of brainstorming, prototyping, and fun conversations. Personality is KEY here. They will also be joining customer meetings as the technical POC to help solve customersu2019 problems. The day to day will be 60% Hands-on Engineering: Building production-grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable frameworks, 20% Forward Deployed Engineering: Working directly with pilot customers to validate the solution and integrate real-world feedback, 20% Architecture & Strategy: Designing for scalabilityu2014turning a specific client solution into a reusable product. - Research and validate emerging AI technologies - Build internal AI accelerators and tools - Conduct feasibility experiments for complex problems - Support delivery teams with specialized expertise - Maintain a validated library of next-generation capabilities - Improve internal operational efficiency through AI tools - Reduce technical risk for delivery teams - Sustain a continuous pipeline of technical innovation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
