Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Hampstead, MD Pay Range: $16.75 morning shift or $18.43 overnight shift. Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, or 11:00 PM to 7:00 am What's the Job? + Operate manufacturing equipment such as powder metal presses, sintering furnaces, vibratory deburring, CNC machines, and packaging stations. + Load powdered metal green parts onto sintering furnaces from compacting presses. + Unload sintered parts and perform finishing tasks including oil impregnation, vibratory processing, and packing according to operation sheets. + Read operation routings and utilize basic inspection equipment to ensure quality standards. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment while striving for high production standards and continuous improvement. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. + Basic mechanical ability; manufacturing experience preferred. + Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
