This exciting project is a partnership with local law enforcement, aimed at providing rapid intervention and quality care for individuals facing behavioral health crises.Why Work at GCBHS?- Public Student Loan Forgiveness- Comprehensive health insurance- 403(b) Retirement with Match- Opportunity to work in au00a0first-of-its-kindu00a0community response center for behavioral health crisis managementPosition Responsibilities:- Triage and complete medical and psychiatric assessments- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and administer medications- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize clients- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation- Promote trauma-informed care and maintain safety standardsu00a0Position Requirements:- Active RN license in Ohio- Experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or crisis care strongly preferred- Strong teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical Requirements:- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods (up to 12hr shifts)- Must be physically able to participate in appropriate and approved crisis management techniques.u00a0- Adequate hearing and vision to assess patient behavior, respond to alarms, and observe- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment that may include exposure to unpredictable behaviors.u00a0- Must possess the physical and mental endurance to respond to prolonged crises or emergencies without a decline in performance or judgmentu00a0
