Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: + Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Carry out light construction tasks such as wall patching, painting, door hardware repair, and fixture replacement. + Respond to work orders and emergencies during the swing shift in a timely and professional manner. + Conduct and document preventive maintenance in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines. + Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, infection control policies, and life safety requirements. + Various heating and cooling systems, refrigeration, drills, pumps, tools for hospital maintenance, small appliance repairs, electrical systems, vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, housekeeping equipment and chemicals, computer systems, fire alarm systems, pneumatic door systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax modems, and beeper call systems. Qualifications + Experienced HVAC of 5 years, preferred Hospital setting. + High/Low Voltage + Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, medical gas systems, and general maintenance. + Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. USD $28.00/Hr. USD $38.00/Hr.
