Sr Staff Project/Program Manager Job Description u00b7 Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of NPI product releases. u00b7 Manage end-to-end program planning, tracking, and execution u2013 from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activity. u00b7 Ensure process discipline, budget alignment, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving global process standardization. u00b7 Lead capacity-expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support scalable production. u00b7 Coordinate and conduct formal Project Gate reviews to ensure alignment, readiness, and decision clarity. u00b7 Motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and disciplined, data-driven decision-making. u00b7 Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, demonstrating agility and adaptability in complex, ambiguous environments. u00b7 Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics to ensure timely execution, cost efficiency, high quality, and smooth project flow. u00b7 Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders regarding milestones, sample delivery timelines, reliability testing, and product release status. u00b7 Build strong internal and external relationships, reinforcing accountability and alignment through consistent, transparent communication. u00b7 Provide structured program updates to leadership, highlighting project status, risks, and recommended actions while maintaining accurate schedules, qualification plans, and PM tracking systems. u00b7 Drive process scalability and standardization initiatives to strengthen execution discipline across programs. Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred. Minimum 12+ years of Semiconductor industry experience with strong knowledge of the full product lifecycle. At least 6+ years as an NPI Program Manager; experience with Module, Controller and Smart Power Stages programs preferred. u00b7 Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows including development, production processes, package architectures, and diverse package types. Prior experience at a fab or assembly site as a process or integration engineer is a strong plus. u00b7 Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; supported by foundational program/project management training or certification. u00b7 Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners. u00b7 Highly analytical with strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking abilities. u00b7 Fast learner with the ability to adopt new tools, systems, and processes; proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools. u00b7 Self-driven, inquisitive, and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
