Mission Interventional Spine offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized outpatient setting where your clinical skills and judgment are highly valued — all while enjoying no nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Clinic Overview: Mission Interventional Spine is a freestanding outpatient procedural clinic, located just half a mile from Mission Hospital. We specialize in providing spinal and hip injections for patients managing chronic or acute pain. While we are part of Mission Health, our clinic operates independently — creating a focused, team-driven environment where every RN plays an essential role in the patient journey. Patient Population: We serve adult patients in need of interventional pain procedures. Each patient is scheduled for approximately 90 minutes of care, from intake through recovery. You'll care for one patient at a time and rotate through all three phases: pre-op, procedure, and recovery — allowing you to practice full-spectrum, hands-on nursing in a controlled and supportive setting. Apply today and become a valued member of our Mission Interventional Spine team!Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse in Outpatient Infusion Services will be trained/certified in the administration of chemotherapeutic/biotherapy agents. The RN will provide leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well being of the patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions. What qualifications you will need: Required Education:Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Effective 3/1/18 Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities.
