What This Role Is About This is not a “wait for the phone to ring” job.You’ll actively drive growth by: Initiating outbound contact to prospects and existing households Converting inbound opportunities into expanded coverage Identifying cross-sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Renters, and Life Strengthening client portfolios while increasing agency revenue Managing a steady pipeline and moving prospects through each stage of the sales cycle Your ability to follow up, build urgency, and confidently ask for the business will directly impact your success.
