AC214 - Full-Time Nanny - Palo Alto, CA

A warm, respectful, and well-organized family based in Palo Alto, CA, with two young daughters, ages 3.5 and 18 months, is looking for a highly experienced, professional nanny who is confident caring for two children and is seeking a long-term role within a private household. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally will be required. Local candidates only, please.Providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for both childrenAll aspects of sole charge carePlanning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outingsPreparing simple, healthy meals for the childrenMaintaining organization of children’s clothing, toys, and personal spacesPacking and preparing for travel (including children’s wardrobes and essentials)Supporting the family during travel, including assisting on flights and at destinationsDriving the children to school, activities, and appointmentsProactively managing supplies (clothing, household items for the children, etc.) and communicating needsLight child-related household duties (laundry, tidying, organization)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveWarm, positive, and genuinely passionate about working with childrenExperienced in private households with a strong understanding of discretion and professionalismComfortable traveling internationally and working in dynamic environmentsStrong communicator with excellent judgment and initiativePortuguese-speaking is a plus, but not requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredAbility to travel domestically and internationallyTrustline certified or willing to become certifiedLegal to work in the U.S.The family is offering $45 to $50/hr, depending on experience and flexibility, PTO, and a $300 monthly health insurance contribution
