Job Title: Behavioral Aide Location: El Monte, CA and surrounding areas Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Technician to provide high-quality, school-based ABA support for students in the El Monte region and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident working in classroom settings and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support studentsu2019 behavioral and academic success. As a Behavioral Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA, collect accurate data, and help students build meaningful skills that improve independence, communication, and social functioning within the school environment.
