Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking a motivated Site Project Manager with 2u201310 years of experience supporting commercial, industrial, or electrical construction projects. This role will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working closely with field teams, contractors, engineers, and customers. 2-3 Year Contract with PTO. Holiday Pay, and Benefits Responsibilities u2022 Manage daily on-site construction activities u2022 Coordinate subcontractors, electricians, vendors, and internal teams u2022 Track schedules, milestones, and overall site progress u2022 Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards u2022 Review blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics u2022 Monitor material deliveries, labor, and equipment staging u2022 Communicate project updates, delays, and risk items u2022 Support budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking u2022 Conduct site walkthroughs and quality inspections u2022 Resolve field issues with contractors and engineering teams Qualifications: u2022 2u201310 years of project management, site coordination, or field supervision experience u2022 Background in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction preferred u2022 Ability to read construction drawings and electrical plans u2022 Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules u2022 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking software u2022 Ability to work full-time on-site in Ashburn, VA As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
