Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Continuous Monitoring Data Visualization Analyst Senior to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations. In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvementu2014helping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success. Primary Responsibilities u2022 Design, develop, and maintain data visualization dashboards that provide real-time insight into cybersecurity posture, vulnerabilities, and system performance. u2022 Designs front-end automation that consolidates performance, security, and compliance data into actionable visual products. u2022 Transform continuous monitoring data (e.g., vulnerability scans, system logs, compliance metrics) into intuitive and actionable visual products. u2022 Develop dashboards and analytics solutions using tools such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS), Host-Based Security System (HBSS), Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring (CMRS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Splunk, PowerBI, Axonius, Enterprise Security Posture System (ESPS), and ServiceNow (SNOW) to collect, correlate, and present monitoring data. u2022 Works with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to ensure dashboards accurately reflect system status and support timely decision-making. u2022 Communicate daily with government stakeholders about system posture, vulnerable systems u2022 Coordinate and facilitate coordination with system administrators, ACAS administrators, HBSS administrators, etc. on issues receiving the acceptable credentialing percentages on scans, HBSS data, etc. u2022 Collaborate with ConMon Analysts, ISSOs, and System Owners to resolve asset visibility and CCRI score issues u2022 Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., ACAS, HBSS, RMF tools, system logs) into unified reporting and visualization frameworks. u2022 Support the system development lifecycle of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technical solution within the organization. u2022 Support reporting of compliance scanning results and cybersecurity monitoring activities in alignment with DoD requirements . u2022 Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, ISSOs, and stakeholders to define visualization requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs). u2022 Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to support continuous monitoring and operational dashboards. u2022 Analyze data trends and patterns to identify anomalies, risks, and areas for operational improvement. u2022 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visualization products. u2022 Support development of executive-level briefings, reports, and visual artifacts for Government stakeholders. u2022 Continuously improve visualization techniques and tools to enhance usability, clarity, and mission impact. u2022 Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Basic Qualifications u2022 Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility . u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related technical discipline and 8u201312 years of relevant experience OR Masteru2019s degree in a related field and 6u201310 years of relevant experience. u2022 3 or more years experience IT Project/program management experience leading Continuous Monitoring and Vulnerability Management activities. u2022 3 or more years experience IT Project/program management experience leading Security tools such as ACAS, HBSS, Tanium, or Splunk. u2022 Successful track record for delivering large/complex projects on time and within budget within DoD Organizations u2022 Ability to evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls and standards to ensure compliancy in accordance with the applicable audits and inspections for an organization. u2022 Understanding of vulnerabilities/weaknesses across complex IT environments and ability to understand applicability of security standards across technologies. u2022 Demonstrated experience with: o Designing and developing data visualization solutions and dashboards. o Using visualization tools such as Splunk, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana , or similar platforms. o Integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., logs, APIs, databases). o Supporting cybersecurity, continuous monitoring, or operational analytics environments. o Developing automated reporting and dashboard solutions. o Planning, coordinating, scheduling, resourcing, tracking, documenting, executing and analyzing audits and inspections within an organization (Senior Level). o Applying compliance standards to large and complex IT environments. o Communicating and coordinating at a functional and senior government. o Data analysis and developing work products to enable government risk based decisions. o Development and execution of knowledge management best practices and the automation of knowledge management frameworks in order to enhance processes and procedures related to the management of the Continuous Monitoring Program. o The development and coordination of guidance and work products related to issues tracking management, plan of actions and milestones, and ensuring transparency of vulnerabilities within an organization.
