Entry Level Graphic Designer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an entry level Designer who has strong foundational skills and an interest in how Generative AI can enhance the creative process. You will contribute to brand identities, assist in the development of AI-enabled toolkits, and help produce high-quality creative assets across physical and digital channels. You will learn how to balance design excellence, brand governance, and emerging AI toolsu2014helping our client scale world-class creativity in a modern, responsible way. Responsibilities: u2003- Collaboration u2003u2003u25cb Support the design and implementation of omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital, and campaign touchpoints. u2003u2003u25cb Assist in developing logos, typography systems, iconography, illustration styles, color palettes, and layout frameworks under senior guidance. u2003u2003u25cb Partner with senior designers and cross-functional teams to concept & execute creative assets. u2003u2003u25cb Contribute to AI toolkits designed to support the creative process, including prompt libraries, workflow documentation, and testing initiatives. u2003- Trend & Technology Exploration u2003u2003u25cb Stay informed about trends in brand design, retail, culture, and Generative AI tools. u2003u2003u25cb Evolve your skillset with emerging AI features and creative workflows. u2003u2003u25cb Explore how AI can scale creative systems while maintaining strong craft and brand integrity. u2003- Quality Assurance & Governance u2003u2003u25cb Follow brand guidelines and governance guardrails when creating and refining assets. u2003u2003u25cb Document prompts, workflows, and version histories for AI-generated work. u2003u2003u25cb Ensure outputs meet Walmartu2019s standards for typography, layout, accessibility, compliance, and brand consistency. u2003u2003u25cb Maintain high attention to detail and craftsmanship in all deliverables. u2003- Project Contribution u2003u2003u25cb Contribute to design projects from concept through production with guidance from senior team members. u2003u2003u25cb Support pilots, workshops, and day-to-day production needs. u2003u2003u25cb Deliver organized, production-ready files on time and aligned with strategic objectives. (aAobe firefly, Gemini, Chat gpt) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office. - Curiosity and openness to learning new creative technologies quickly. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Bacheloru2019s degree in Graphic Design or related field - Motion design, After Effects, or illustration skills. - Experience creating mock-ups or simple 3D visualizations
