Succeed. #BeHere PositionDetails Location: Milwaukee, WI (Froedtert Hospital) - On-Site FTE:1.000 Standard Hours: 40 Shift: 1 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm(flexible) Job Summary: Under the direction of the department manager/site director, supervises and coordinates staff and activities thatsupport department and site operations. Supports staffing modelrequirements, identifies and plans for staff education and competencyneeds and evaluates the work performance of clinic personnel.Participates in the budgeting process and enforces standards for qualityand customer service, supporting the organization's strategicpriorities. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years of ambulatoryor outpatient clinical experience, along with demonstrated informalleadership experience (e.g., peer mentoring, training, precepting,workflow support, or clinical operations) is required. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Graduate of a post high school program that resulted in atechnical diploma, certificate, associates or higher degree. Bachelor'sdegree is preferred.
