Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site role based at a large, active residential property in Florida. The schedule runs from Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, providing a stable afternoon and evening shift. You will work both indoors and outdoors in common areas, mechanical spaces, and around building exteriors, performing tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repair, and pool support. The environment is hands-on and fast-paced, with frequent use of tools and equipment for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. You will collaborate closely with a team of four maintenance technicians and interact regularly with property staff and residents while adhering to safety protocols and property standards for appearance and professionalism. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
