As an Supervisory Immigration Officer, you will supervise Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Immigration Officers who identify fraud, trends and patterns through complex analyses and investigation and carry out policies and procedures governing the execution of immigration programs. Responsibilities Serve as the FDNS Supervisor for FDNS personnel at a Regional, District, or Field Office. Direct FDNS personnel in the conduct of inquiries (system checks, interviews, and site visits) to validate/invalidate suspicions of individuals and organizations filing for immigration benefits under application and petition types processed by USCIS. Direct personnel in the conduct of systemic comprehensive reviews to determine fraud levels and vulnerabilities in the adjudications process, as well as addressing national security and public safety concerns. Coordinate efforts with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel and function as their local office's primary liaison with other local and regional, state, and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies and task forces. Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised, establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff members, and prepare plans, reports and analyses of the office's FDNS unit.
