High volume averaging 500 patients / per meal period. Diverse and inclusive team with a focus on exceptional patient care. Here's What You Need + High School Diploma or Equivalent + 1 Year relevant cooking experience in high volume restaurant, hospital, or Institution + Short order cooking experience preferred + FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 days required + Knowledge of food preparation/handling, and principles of sanitation Restaurant or institutional food services experience preferred What You Will Do + Organizes work/area for maximum production, accurately follows production sheets + Deliver and Stock supply items in designated areas in an accurate and timely manner + Maintains kitchen and serving areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner to exceed department and TDH standards. + Understands how to read and prepare simple recipes to department standards. + Understand department standards of food quality and recipe taste + Ability to learn HACCP sanitation guidelines and follow for safe food handling.
