Description Specialization: Hematology and Medical Oncology Job Summary: TriStar Bone Marrow Transplant group is currently seeking a hematology oncology advanced practice provider for the transplant and cellular therapy program at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN. Our FACT accredited program offers more than 10 yearsu2019 experience performing a full spectrum of cellular therapies including autologous and allogeneic transplantation as well as immune effector cells.
