In this role, you will: + Lead the design and implementation of complex Facets and ANSI SQL solutions to support business and operational needs. + Oversee configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Facets Benefit Configuration to ensure efficiency and accuracy. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on Facets and ANSI SQLu2011related initiatives. + Collaborate with crossu2011functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the Facets system through audits, validations, and ongoing maintenance. + Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and technical processes. + Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements to ensure seamless integration and functionality. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Facets configuration and ANSI SQL scripts. + Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience. + Participate in project planning activities, providing effort estimates and input on technical deliverables. + Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to guide continuous system improvement. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions. + Ensure all technical implementations comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 3/20/2026 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
