Job Summary The role of Consultant, Competitive Intelligence & AI Enablement is a strategic individual contributor position, responsible for leading innovation in how AI-native solutions are able to address a competitive intelligence use case in the life science sector. The role combines deep industry knowledge, process design, and thought leadership to ensure Norstellau2019s research products remain best-in-class. Responsibilities + Act as lead for how the market sentiment of life science competitive intelligence is incorporated into delivery & refinement of in-house AI models. + Conduct scoring of agent and MCP outputs to ensure they are aligned to the needs of personas within the competitive intelligence sector. + Act as a domain SME for human-in-the-loop eval rounds, ensuring that the LLM is able to directly service a specific market niche. + Develop strategic recommendations and business cases for LLM-based initiatives that automate or augment the creation, enrichment, and quality assurance of life science data. + Work cross functionally with Data Science, Content, and Product teams to translate business cases into deliverable projects with measurable impact. + Enable commercialization and sales enablement, working with cross-functional teams as needed. + Provide inputs into how the data assembly and tool calls made by agents need to be refined to map to desired deliverables. + Establish best practices for responsible AI deployment within content workflows, including evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop validation, and bias/quality monitoring + Articulate and position how Norstella data and AI capabilities resolve up to client value; support engagements with technical depth and strategic perspective Qualifications + Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent field/experience + Minimum 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence within the life science sector, either within a consulting, SaaS or in-house pharma role. + Demonstrated success in training AI models, with experience in AI-enabled applications required + Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact projects with minimal oversight + Experience working with structured publishing platforms and data tools; comfort with automation conceptsNorstella is an equal opportunity employer.
