About the Role: As a Senior Staff Software Engineer - Salesforce within our Enterprise Technology organization, you will play a pivotal role. You will lead the strategy for Salesforce as well as the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of high-scale solutions, You will balance declarative tools with sophisticated programmatic resources like Apex, LWC, and Flow. Beyond writing clean, scalable code, you will champion quality through rigorous unit testing, participate in strategic code reviews, and ensure our architecture consistently adheres to industry-leading design patterns. You will be joining a high-octane Salesforce technical team of dedicated Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects who work in lockstep with a specialized team of Integration Developers to manage a complex, highly connected enterprise ecosystem. As a key technical leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution, architecting scalable solutions that support both high-touch B2B relationship management and Advertising Sales System.
