Solutions Architect

Description We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Solutions Architect to play a key role in guiding the design and delivery of technology solutions for our business enablement team. This position will work side-by-side with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to shape cohesive, scalable, and value-driven solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will provide technical direction, design insight, and architectural stewardship across multiple domains. Youu2019ll help teams balance innovation with stability, short-term delivery with long-term sustainability, and autonomy with alignment to enterprise goals. This is a 6 month contract to hire position that is fully onsite 5 days per week in either Fort Wayne, IN or Coppell, TX. Conversion base salary range is $110K-$115K, plus yearly bonus and profit sharing. Top Skills Details .NET (C#) Solutions Architecture Cloud Customer facing applications Additional Skills & Qualifications u2022 Azure, K8s, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Rest APIs (Not limited to Azure, but cloud architecture in general... but that is what most our stuff is). u2022 Understanding of Performance and how architecture can affect performance . u2022 Logging, error handling , troubleshooting (not technology... but still a mindset that thinks about those who have to support the architecture). u2022 Then front end - frameworks not picky, its all learnable, but familiarity with React is a nice to have u2022 Kafka is a like to have but learnable (if they know SQL, C#, and Java... it's going to be fine far as Kafka is concerned. Knowledge of retail and distribution business processes Demonstrated experience integrating or converting legacy systems into modern architectures Deep knowledge and passion for researching and following industry trends Knowledge of and experience with agile and/or lean frameworks Knowledge of DevOps and IT operational best-practices Knowledge of technology protocols and standards Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.
