Description :At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Executive Strategy Messaging and Readiness Manager serves as a high-autonomy, high-impact strategic messaging architect within the Corporate Banking Group, supporting the segment head. This role leads the development of high-stake materials, including board, analyst, and management committee presentations, and shapes executive messaging that integrates financial performance, strategic priorities, and competitive positioning. This role sets the standard for segment-level messaging and serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by being embedded within the business and partnering closely with Line of Business Executives, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Communications.Primary ResponsibilitiesOwns the end-to-end lifecycle of executive messaging strategy, serves as the segment-level messaging lead and trusted advisor to the segment headOwns the Corporate Banking Group’s executive readiness for governance forums to include board, investor, regulatory, and management committee engagementsLeads the development of high-stakes materials and shapes strategic narratives that integrate financial performance, competitive landscape, and audience expectationsPartners with senior executives and subject matter experts to craft high-impact communications, scripts, presentations, briefing memos and visual narrativesLeads the development and delivery of market-level business unit reviews (BURs)Synthesizes performance insights and strategic prioritiesDrives innovation in executive storytelling using generative AI, reporting intelligence, and market insightsLeads execution of large-scale team meetings and leadership offsites, ensuring strategic alignment and message clarityBuilds and maintains strong partnerships with Strategic Finance, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications groupsFosters trust and influence across the organization through crisp communication and proactive collaborationThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related fieldTen (10) years of experience in financial services, strategy, executive support, investor relations-adjacent roles, or strategic communicationsPreferencesBackground in commercial, corporate, treasury management, or capital marketsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or CommunicationsExperience with generative AI tools and prompt engineeringFluency in enterprise-level reporting tools and executive dashboardsExperience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed environmentProven success supporting senior executives with board-level communications and strategic deliverablesDeep understanding of Board governance, investor expectations, and regulatory toneSkills and CompetenciesAbility to adapt quickly under pressure and comfort with ambiguityAbility to consistently operate with urgency, precision, and discretionAbility to influence senior leadership through message clarity and strategic framing and strong executive presenceAdvanced PowerPoint storytelling and illustration capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional messaging initiatives across the business including Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Communications groupsFluency in enterprise-level storytelling formats including board decks, investor briefings, and regulatory narrativesHigh level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder fluencyInnovative mindset with the ability to apply emerging tools (e.g. generative AI) to elevate messaging impactMastery of strategic messaging with the ability to shape narratives from abstract conceptsSelf-directed and independently motivatedStrong ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise, compelling messages tailored to an audienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to work across structured and unstructured dataPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:$128,740.00 USD$184,380.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
