This position is responsible for a wide range of complex repair and maintenance tasks of production and facility equipment by adhering to safety standards and employing predictive and preventive maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the installation, overhaul, and maintenance of complex production machinery and facility systems, ensuring alignment with operational goals and rigorous safety standardsTake ownership of critical and time-sensitive maintenance issues by swiftly responding to emergency repairs and coordinating scheduled service activities across production equipment, mobile machinery, and vehiclesLeverage advanced expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring continuous and efficient production operationsAnalyze and interpret detailed technical documentation—including schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals—to plan and execute high-precision maintenance and repair tasksPerform in-depth diagnostics to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, carry out complex repairs or component replacements, and execute validation testing to restore full operational integrityOversee and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance routines on plant infrastructure and equipment, contributing to asset longevity and minimized downtimeUtilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, manage parts inventory, and generate performance reports to support data-driven maintenance strategiesServe as a safety ambassador by upholding and promoting compliance with all safety policies and regulations, proactively identifying hazards, and mentoring others in safe work practicesSupport cross-functional plant initiatives, offering technical guidance and contributing to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing operational efficiency and equipment reliabilityWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experienceCompletes a variety of atypical assignmentsWorks within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignmentsWorks with a limited degree of supervisionActs as an informal resource for colleagues with less experienceCompetencies Expected of You and Others at This LevelCustomer Focus- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Collaborates- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesValues Differences- Recognizes the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.Optimizes Work Processes- Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous stills Trust- Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty.
