Job Description The BIM Manager leads Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital coordination efforts for complex data center construction projects. This role is responsible for managing model development, multi-trade coordination, clash detection, and digital workflow integration to ensure efficient field execution, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes. The BIM Manager plays a critical role in supporting prefabrication strategy, MEP coordination, and constructability planning in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Develop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Establish modeling standards and digital protocols. Lead BIM kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination sessions. Support superintendent teams with model-based installation planning. Meaning, the owners of the project, not sub-contractors working on the projects Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations. Experience leading multi-trade coordination meetings. Experience with prefab or modular MEP builds. Knowledge of 4D scheduling tools. Familiarity with laser scanning workflows. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
