In this role, you’ll lead technically complex efforts, collaborate across disciplines, support developing engineers, and contribute to the evolution of modern manufacturing infrastructure.Provide advanced engineering judgment to complete complex designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for manufacturing and high‑tech facility projectsDevelop process, mechanical, electrical, or utility system designs that support production efficiency, reliability, and environmental control within advanced manufacturing environmentsPlan, schedule, and coordinate detailed engineering phases with cross‑disciplinary teams—including mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, and process engineeringSupport project execution by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring performance aligns with client expectations and production requirementsDeliver technically sound solutions within budget and schedule constraints, supporting optimized facility operations and long‑term system performanceProvide guidance, technical mentorship, and design review for junior engineering staffParticipate in feasibility studies, system evaluations, commissioning support, and operational assessmentsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline requiredMinimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience requiredProven experience in electrical and instrumental engineering with a strong knowledge of instrumentation Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredProficient in control systems, PLC/DCS, SCADA, and instrumentation technologiesAdvanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of hazardous area classification and intrinsic safety designStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws including industrial standards and practices (IEC, IEEE, ISA, etc.)Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredLead technically complex, high‑visibility projects for advanced manufacturing and technology‑driven facilitiesPartner with industry‑leading clients across semiconductors, biotech, pharmaceuticals, R&D, and clean manufacturing sectorsCollaborate in a multidisciplinary, forward‑thinking environment while guiding and developing early‑career engineersCurious about the groundbreaking work our Manufacturing Team is doing?
