The Supply Chain Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in driving this transformation by governing and advancing the enterprise supply chain productivity portfolio to deliver measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational performance, and process standardization.This role partners closely with supply chain leaders, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed to achieve targeted business outcomes.Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Portfolio Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end management of the supply chain portfolio. This includes initiative intake, prioritization, governance, execution tracking, and performance reporting. The role ensures strong alignment to strategic supply chain priorities, strategy execution, and operational performance objectives across distribution, transportation, inventory management, and planning functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management & GovernanceManage the full lifecycle of the supply chain productivity portfolio, including initiative intake, prioritization, governance, and execution trackingEnsure all initiatives align with supply chain strategy, execution priorities, and operational performance goalsEstablish and maintain portfolio governance standards, tracking mechanisms, and performance metricsDrive initiatives focused on strategy execution, operational efficiency, and process standardization across key supply chain functionsEnd-to-End Project Management GovernanceEngage with project sponsors, support executive steering committees and ensure change management plans effectively enable delivery of project objectives and outcomesPartner with initiative owners to define scope, milestones, and success criteria to ensure accountability and resultsMonitor initiative progress to confirm delivery of measurable business value and achievement of defined savings targetsFinancial Partnership & Value RealizationCollaborate with Finance and initiative owners to develop robust business cases and quantify expected financial benefitsValidate realized savings and ensure alignment with financial reporting and tracking standardsMaintain disciplined tracking of forecasted vs. realized value across the portfolioReporting & Executive CommunicationMaintain monthly portfolio performance tracking, including project status, milestone progress, risks, and realized savingsPrepare and deliver concise, data‑driven monthly updates to senior leadership highlighting progress, savings realization, and key decisions or risksProvide insights that enable informed prioritization and resource allocation decisionsCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with stakeholders across supply chain operations, logistics, planning, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and accountabilityFacilitate monthly portfolio review meetings to track progress, resolve barriers, and maintain momentum across initiativesPromote transparency, discipline, and clarity across all portfolio activitiesBachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience consideredExperience in supply chain operations, continuous improvement, portfolio management, or program managementStrong financial acumen with experience building business cases and tracking cost savingsProven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and drive execution disciplineExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence leaders and cross‑functional teamsCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113,600-$149,100annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
