This role providessupport to operations to ensure the success of meeting all aspects of contract requirements as it pertains to work reception, the help desk and the execution of preventive and reactive maintenance. Thesuccessful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills,a team player attitudeand have experience in the facilities or commercial real estate industry.#EGS#LI-NS1Provide administrative support to the Operations officeProvide customer support to clarify and schedule requested workSupport batching and dispatching of work orders to facility personnelExtract data from the CMMS and quickly organizing critical informationDevelop pivot charts, excel reports and other metrics to determine operational performanceReview and audit work orders for completion and quality prior to entering into the systemWork with facility personnel (mechanics, engineers etc.) to draft and review job plans for preventative maintenanceWork with facility personnel, (mechanics, engineers etc.) obtain updates on repairs, receive and log work orders and verify key dataRun system reports for open work orders, completed work orders and other reporting functions as required by the Operations ManagerSort and file completed work ordersMaintain clean, organized and safe workspaceProvide backup to the Assistant Business ManagerMaintain monthly manager reports on shared drive, create and distribute roll-up reportsComply with all the policies and procedures of EMCOR Government ServicesFast and accurate data entry abilityStrong attention to detailProficient typing and software navigationAble to review and analyze data to identify discrepanciesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to establish priorities to meet deadlinesTeam player, hard worker, good interpersonal skillsExperiencewithComputerized Maintenance Management Systems or other software programs for scheduling and tracking the maintenance and repair of systems and equipment.Experience with Maximo, a plus.Must be able to obtain agovernment clearance- Public TrustExperience in Facilities or Commercial Real Estate IndustryAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
