As a Dev Sec Ops Engineer you will: u2022 Collaborate with Infrastructure Technical Leadership to design and construct the Integrated Development Environments required to support software development, testing, and deployment. u2022 Deploy and sustain Linux (RHEL 9) and Windows operating system environments and containerized services u2022 Automate deployment of workspaces and services using tools like Ansible u2022 Manage security information and event management monitoring and logging tools to ensure system performance and security. u2022 Interpret Department of Defense Security Technical Implementation Guides (DoD STIGs) and remediate vulnerabilities within the information systems and maintain security compliance. u2022 Provide on-site and remote support to analyze and resolve technical issues for development and test teams working within the Integrated Development Environments. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both within Lockheed Martin and external sub-contractors. As part of an Agile Development Team, you will actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions. Your contributions will help maintain the secure and uninterrupted communication capabilities of critical military systems. Successful applicants typically possess a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in this area. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Professional experience in software engineering and/or systems engineering. u2022 Proficiency in Linux and Windows System Administration u2022 Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes u2022 Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab) u2022 This position requires U.S. citizenship, Final Secret Clearance needed to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Familiarity with DevSecOps process, tools and frameworks. u2022 Experience with remote desktop gateway solutions (e.g. Citrix, Apache Guacamole, etc.) u2022 Experience with containerized workspace solutions (e.g. KASM) u2022 Familiarity with military SATCOM systems and secure communication protocols. u2022 Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Ansible). u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment. u2022 Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence) u2022 Experience collaborating with program security team(s) responsible for maintaining information system accreditation. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
