As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Business Analysis Advisor plays a key role within the Technology organization, focusing on operational excellence, workforce analytics, and the optimization of routines that support the Global Capabilities Center (GCC). This role blends traditional business analysis with strategic workforce insights, driving internal improvement initiatives, enabling visibility across workstreams, and supporting informed decisionu2011making for leaders and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities u2022 Support technology workforce strategy, routines, and operations with an emphasis on internal efficiency and continuous improvement. u2022 Actively monitor workforce trends, performance indicators, and progress toward goals to enhance visibility and transparency for leadership. u2022 Lead requirementu2011gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. u2022 Organize stakeholder inputs, synthesize points of view, and structure problemu2011solving approaches for miniu2011projects and ongoing workstreams. u2022 Provide analytical insights that inform course corrections, risk identification, and opportunities for operational enhancements. u2022 Conduct workforce data analysis, including trend identification, metric tracking, and multiu2011dimensional reporting to support strategic workforce decisions. u2022 Deliver insights to CIOu2011aligned business offices and internal teams to support hiring managers and operational partners. u2022 Identify and drive improvements across processes, reporting routines, and operational workflows. u2022 Support efforts to streamline technology workforce operations and strengthen governance across the GCC. u2022 Collaborate closely with business offices supporting CIOs and internal Technology team leaders. u2022 Facilitate clear communication across teams, ensuring alignment on analytics, insights, and operational priorities. Key Skills and Experience: u2022 Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) u2022 Familiarity with Power Platform or PowerApps (preferred but not required) u2022 Excellent requirementu2011gathering, documentation, and problemu2011solving skills u2022 Ability to structure ambiguous information and create clear, actionable output u2022 Strong attention to detail and active monitoring mindset u2022 Ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities u2022 Strong communication skills, able to translate analytics into business insights u2022 Background in operations, business analysis, or technology workforce analytics preferred u2022 Experience supporting technology or CIO organizations or working with global capability centers or distributed workforce models preferred. Job Description + Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives. + Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation. + Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams oncomplex business requirements. + Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 u2013 $119,600.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
