Job Title: Electrician Foreman Job Description This role leads electrical installation activities for a series of distributed generation (DG) ground-mount solar farm projects. The Electrician Foreman oversees field crews, ensures high-quality and code-compliant electrical work, and supports project delivery across multiple sites in Colorado with the potential for future assignments in the Northeast. Responsibilities + Lead and supervise electrical crews on DG ground-mount solar farm construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. + Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day electrical installation activities, including layout, routing, and installation of conduit and wiring. + Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and electrical plans to guide installation and ensure compliance with project specifications. + Oversee the installation, termination, and testing of electrical wiring and related components for solar farm systems. + Inspect completed work to verify compliance with electrical codes, project standards, and quality requirements. + Coordinate with site leadership and other trades to sequence work, resolve field issues, and maintain project schedules. + Provide hands-on support in the field as needed, including running conduit, pulling wire, and assisting with complex installations. + Train, mentor, and guide crew members to follow best practices in electrical construction and safety. + Monitor and enforce safety procedures and site rules, promoting a safe work environment for all personnel. + Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs to project leadership to support timely and successful project completion. Essential Skills + Strong experience in electrical construction, preferably on ground-mount solar or similar large-scale outdoor electrical projects. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics. + Hands-on expertise with conduit installation, including layout, bending, routing, and secure mounting. + Proven ability to install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical wiring in a construction environment. + Demonstrated leadership skills with experience directing and coordinating field crews. + Solid understanding of electrical safety practices and construction site safety standards. + Ability to plan and organize work to meet project timelines across multiple job sites. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working on distributed generation (DG) solar farms or other renewable energy projects. + Experience working on multi-site or multi-phase construction projects. + Flexibility and willingness to support projects in Colorado, with potential for future assignments in the Northeast. + Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project leadership and field teams. + Ability to adapt to changing project needs and site conditions. You will work closely with electrical crews and other trades, using standard electrical construction tools and equipment, including conduit tools and wiring installation equipment. Work hours follow typical construction schedules and may vary by project needs and site conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Connell, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $61.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
