You will work closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. In this role, you will support the full software development lifecycle, contribute to solution design and implementation, and help drive quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement across engineering efforts. This role may also include mentoring junior team members and collaborating across distributed teams. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 - 208,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
