Assistant PM

Job Description The Assistant Project manager will be reporting to an office in Bethesda with the occasional same day trip to and from Concord NC. While on site in NC, you are walking the site and getting updates on progress reports, delays, and any issues. You will then report these issues back to your higher up. You will also be managing the clients partner throughout this project. Hands on experience while on site, good communication skills, experience with PROCORE, Microsoft project, and Microsoft office tools as well as Bluebeam. Someone who is driven, hungry for growth, and has sustainable growth in their role over the course of 3 years.
