This is a hands-on, skilled manufacturing role ideal for someone with proven powderu2011coating experience who values quality, consistency, and working in a wellu2011maintained, modern shop. Typical daily duties: + Pick up and hang parts on an overhead conveyor + Phosphate and thoroughly dry parts + Mask and plug required areas + Powder coat parts according to Job Travelers (work orders) + Move parts through curing oven and set oven temperatures to specifications + Perform cure tests and milu2011spec tests to ensure quality and repeatability + Inspect materials for defects or damage affecting finish quality + Maintain daily/weekly preventive maintenance logs + Operate batteryu2011operated pallet jack once certified What weu2019re looking for: + Prior powderu2011coating experience (required) + Ability to interpret Job Travelers and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions + Knowledge of powderu2011coating operations and pressurized systems + Ability to identify material types + Ability to stand 8u201310 hours per day with frequent walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs + Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with dust, metal shavings, machinery oil, and powder coating To be considered for this Powdercoat Operator opening in Biddeford , please contact us using any of the methods below.
